If you constantly worry about one thing or another you are probably suffering from an anxiety disorder. This continuous worry can lead to very high anxiety, anxiety attacks, and panic attacks.

There are many reasons for this to happen.
I think the foremost reason, is the “pace” of life in our modern world.
Add to that the nonstop worry and concern people have about things that are yet to come. Things that haven’t happened yet. Things that may not ever happen.
There is also the issue of actual problems. Money, bills, kids, relationships, and a myriad of other life situations. It can add up to “overwhelmed”.
You’re always going to have concerns, something to “worry” about. But when does actual, responsible concern over a viable situation jump up to worry that is out of control?
There are natural cures for anxiety that will greatly reduce anxiety and they are easy to implement!
These are some of the best, natural cures for anxiety.
First – Get enough sleep at night. When I had trouble with this back in the day, I would take a half an Excedrine PM with a glass of milk or water. It worked great!
Second – Leave work at work. Don’t think about it when you are not there. You can’t DO anything about it when you are not there. And remember this…the work you left will still be there ready for you to have a go at, AND you’ll be in better shape to do it!
Third – Another of the natural cures for anxiety is light exercise. Take up Walking as a hobby. My life changed for the better as soon as I did that. Add a little interest to your walk. I like a pedometer. You can make it so that you take ten more steps every walk. It adds up!
While I’m walking I like to listen to recordings that I have an interest in. It makes the time pass more pleasantly, in a relaxing sort of way. It might help to listen to any number of “relaxation” tapes.
Fourth – Take “time off”. You don’t even have to leave town. Get up late after a good nights sleep. Sit around. Go for a walk. Go to a good movie. Afterwards, go to a coffee shop (decaf) and sit around for a while. Later, relax at home, watch tv, read a book, take a long warm bath, go to bed and get plenty of sleep.
If you haven’t been doing this you will be very pleasantly surprised at how much better you’ll feel.
Fifth – Watch your diet. Make it better, at least a little, reduce or drop altogether the anxiety producing drug called caffeine!
